Went on to google for this one and here are some of my results.
1. A cross between a crease and a wrinkle. Can also be used as a verb. My printer crinkled up my paper when it got jammed. Makes sense...the jacket could be considered a cross between a wrinkle and a crinkle! That just sounds good.
2. A heightened state of euphoria, often mixed with some loss of body functions resulting from large amounts of intoxicants, mainly drugs and alcohol. Again, not going to argue with this. Though, I could easily see myself wearing this jacket while intoxicated on MAINLY drugs. The iridescent fabric alone is reminiscent of my 2018 DMT experience.
