DESCRIPTION

Coming in a crinkled cotton buff cloth from the Japanese mill Furuhashi. And this is where the jacket separate itself from the rest. A densely woven cotton made on slow, old-style shuttle looms. The yarn is packed so tightly and woven with little tension, the fabric is firm and slightly irregular, with a dry, crisp hand. After washing, it tends to shrink and wrinkle into the “crinkled” texture . The result is sturdy and blocks some wind, but it’s still a natural cotton, not a technical fabric. As you wear it, the jacket will soften over time and shape itself to your body.
